The Opportunity

This role will be hybrid based in our Alpharetta, GA or Jacksonville, FL office. 


What you will Do 

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies in the US and Canada. 
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities, including intake, candidate selection, and offer processes. 
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns. 
  • Strategically and proactively source passive and active candidates at all levels from entry, technical, sales to professional, through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events and employee referrals. 
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role. 
  • Manage the interview process, including coordination, interview preparation, scoring rubric, and feedback collection/debrief. 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and labor market conditions and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment. 
  • Assist with the onboarding process for exempt and non-exempt staff. 
  • Mentor and manage a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. 

Requirements

 

What We are Looking For  

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruiting; preferably for tech or software roles. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. 
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools; experience implementing new applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies is a plus. 
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing a plus.
