Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll contribute to driving cost reduction and performance improvement programs while integrating advanced technologies into maintenance environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, R&D, and maintenance planning), lead cross-functional initiatives, and much more."

  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to improve maintenance processes. ,

  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations. ,

  • Applying maintenance methodologies such as RCM, CBM, and Lean to enhance efficiency. ,

  • Managing engineering projects with a focus on maintenance optimization. ,

  • Driving innovation through the integration of R&D processes and technologies. ,

  • Supporting the development of maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals. ,

  • Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities in maintenance activities. ,

  • Monitoring and improving performance metrics within maintenance operations. ,

  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards."
