This role will maintain and enhance FAIRWINDS websites and digital applications, ensuring they are reliable, secure, compliant, and optimized to deliver an exceptional member experience while supporting business growth.

Your Role in Our Mission:

• Design & User Experience
  • Keep website content accurate and up-to-date with products, services, and resources.
  • Collaborate with designers and cross-functional teams to deliver responsive, accessible layouts aligned with the FAIRWINDS brand.
  • Apply user-centered design practices to improve navigation, usability, and overall member experience.
• Website Reliability & Security
  • Ensure websites and applications remain secure, compliant, and available with maximum uptime.
  • Monitor performance, apply patches, and conduct code reviews to safeguard compliance with ADA, WCAG, PCI, and NCUA standards.
• Development & Optimization
  • Build and enhance features using React, Next.js, HTML, CSS/Tailwind, Headless CMS, and TypeScript.
  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to optimize performance, search visibility, and conversion.
• Collaboration & Innovation
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions that drive measurable results.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovations that strengthen FAIRWINDS’ online presence.
• Live and model The FAIRWINDS Way values in everything you do.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Experience developing with React, Next.js, HTML, CSS/Tailwind, Headless CMS, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, compliance, and security standards (ADA, WCAG, PCI, NCUA).
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on usability, performance, and innovation.
