* Ensures the team provides exceptional guest service at all times
* Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure smooth service period
* Execute recipes to the letter and assumes 100% responsibility for quality of products served
* Portions food products prior to cooking according to recipe specifications
* Prepares food by operating a variety of kitchen equipment to measure and mix ingredients, washing, peeling. cutting, and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry, or fish for culinary use
* Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
* Follows and completes production sheets, manages inventory, prepares the order for approval
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Able to meet deadlines in completion of daily workload
* Set up and tear down of workstation
* Polite and professional communication style
* May select recipes per menu cycle, prepare bakery items, and receive inventory
* Understands and utilizes FIFO
* Performs other related duties as requested by the leadership team
