Compensation Data
The starting wage for this role is $23.47 This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
3rd Shift 10 pm to 6:30 am +.35 cent shift differential
What You'll Do
Role Description, Skills, Experience and Qualifications required: Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Attention to detail and record keeping
2. Review and plan for the daily production schedule specific to your position
3. Make bases specific to the product quality specifications
4. Must be able to drive a fork truck and use a hand truck to move raw materials
5. Relieve the Cracker Meal Packer and Line Driver for breaks
6. Maintain a clean workspace during production and at the end of the shift
7. Reports to the Lead Operator
8. Report all Accidents and Near-Misses immediately.
9. Report all Maintenance issues to Lead Operator to enter into the Maintenance work order system
10. Create positive relationships with coworkers
Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience: 1. Strong organizational skills & excellent communication skills are essential. 2. Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. 3. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. 4. Ability to organize and plan ahead to maximize job efficiency and work safely. 5.
