JOB TYPE: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:

To compile and submit reports for medication replenishment through streamlined manufacturer patient assistance programs (PAP). To complete pharmacy benefit manager and manufacturer audits. To receive patient assistance medications and enter in accounting software.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Associate's Degree from Pharmacy Technician Program preferred.

• One (1) or more year job related experience including pharmacy technician.

• Preferred: Three (3) or more years job related experience including pharmacy technician and/or accounting and/or inventory management.

• Must be proficient in the use of personal computers, with experience in Microsoft Office Applications (notably Excel), and Access database applications.

• Must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to generate and thoroughly analyze reports and attention to detail.

• Must have experience reconciling and filing invoices.

• Must be able to accurately transcribe data from 1 document to another.

• Must be proficient with basic mathematical functions (Ex: price per tablet when given the price of a total bottle).

• Must be able to sum a column in Excel.

• Experience with entering invoices preferred.
