Make a Difference
The Manager of Project Management Office (PMO) will lead and effectively manage day-to-day activities in the PMO to ensure IT programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements using standardized, proven processes. This position will lead a team of project managers who are responsible for keeping priority projects for the enterprise on time, within budget, and scope. The Manager will ensure the prioritized portfolio of projects are delivered following established methodologies, standards, policies, and procedures, as well as meeting the established success criteria and the associated communication and escalation strategies. This position will mentor the project management team by providing coaching and expertise to guiding them with assigned projects, as well as their professional growth and careers.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a business-related field is required.
- Certified Project Management Professional PMP is required.
- 3 or more years of managerial experience is required.
- 5 or more years of project-related experience is required.
- Ability to work under pressure and balance competing demands of customers and programs/projects.
- Expert working knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management principles.
- Develop and foster positive customer and team relationships.
