Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled finance professional, who will be supporting our global Operations team, providing strategic financial insight, driving performance, and enabling cost efficiency. You’ll lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting , while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and ensure financial compliance across a complex, international environment. What You’ll Do:

• Lead financial planning & control for Operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Drive efficiency initiatives: identify process gaps, eliminate waste, and implement best practices across global operations.
• Optimize resource allocation by providing clear financial and operational insights to leaders.
• Ensure financial governance and compliance in all operational spend.
• Act as a strategic partner to Operations leadership, aligning investments with business priorities.
• Champion a continuous improvement culture, embedding tools and processes that improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in Ops Finance, Planning, or Business Partnering, ideally in a complex international environment.
