About the Role
Due to growth and delivery targets due to our success, we are seeking an experienced GIS Specialist working in ArcGIS and geospatial data management to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will help to design, build, and maintain interactive mapping applications, automate workflows, and deliver innovative solutions that help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

We are open to applications in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain web maps and web apps in ArcGIS Enterprise
• Prepare and manage feature services, apply attribute rules, and optimize spatial datasets in ArcGIS Pro
• Configure smart data collection forms in ArcGIS Field Maps
• Automate GIS workflows and streamline ETL processes using FME Form and FME Flow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training for internal GIS users

About You
To be successful in your application, you will have a strong background working with the ArcGIS ecosystem accompanied with:

• ArcGIS Pro, Field Maps, Experience Builder, Web Maps, Operational Dashboards
• Proficiency in Python scripting for ArcGIS automation (ArcPy, API interactions)
• Experience with workflow automation and data integration using FME Form & FME Flow
• Strong understanding of geospatial data management and enterprise GIS environments

Nice to have:

• SQL – Advanced querying, database views, indexing, triggers, and optimization
• PostgreSQL / PostGIS – Geodatabase design, optimization, and enterprise data management
• TypeScript / JavaScript – Developing custom widgets and integrating REST APIs in Experience Builder
