Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance and Defect Management:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive test plans and QA strategies across unit, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing phases.
• Maintaining and optimizing automated testing frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, and JUnit.
• Managing defect tracking processes through Jira and Xray, improving bug triaging efficiency and communication workflows.
• Designing and implementing BI testing strategies to ensure seamless functional transition and full regression coverage during and after the migration from PayLocator to CAT-IM.
  
  

System Integration and Connectivity Validation:

• Performing cross-system integration testing to validate message interoperability between CAT-IM, SWIFT services, and client back-office systems.
• Providing system behavior analysis and troubleshooting during deployment and post-deployment phases.
• Supporting integration of system modules with SWIFT and non-SWIFT services to ensure compliance with interoperability standards.

Business Intelligence Analysis and Use Case Validation:

• Participating in business analysis sessions, planning activities, and defining metrics and KPIs for BI and Data Visualization solutions.
• Defining and validating use case scenarios to align product behavior with client-specific business objectives.

Client Support and Pre-Sales Activities:

• Delivering technical demonstrations and pre-sales presentations, providing insights into product functionalities and integration capabilities.
• Assisting clients with post-deployment support by troubleshooting integration and connectivity issues to maintain continuous operational performance.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of core concepts and architecture, hands-on expertise working with SWIFT services, SWIFTgpi and experience in Business Intelligence testing
• Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of work experience as a Business Intelligence Quality Assurance Analyst
• 2 years of work experience operating with Alliance Access, Alliance Cloud, SWIFT Integration Platform (IPLA), SWIFT Integration Layer (SIL), SWIFTNet Messaging, SWIFT Alliance WebPlatform, SWIFT Messaging Standards (MT, MX, ISO 20022), SWIFTgpi, gCat
• Certifications in the software integration space
• Must be SWIFT Certified Specialist
