ERP Reporting & Analytics Lead na Blackmores Group Ltd

Reporting into the Data & Analytics Workstream Lead, this role is responsible to guide the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide reporting and data analytics capabilities on our SAP transformation. The ideal candidate will have a credible background in enterprise reporting, data modelling, and analytics strategy. You will also demonstrate a deep understanding of SAP data structures and BI tools.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics strategy aligned with program goals, business requirements, and SAP best practices. 
• Identify opportunities to leverage standard SAP reports and analytics content to reduce custom development and accelerate delivery. 
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement reporting optimizations to improve performance, usability, and maintainability. 
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions across SAP modules in scope. 
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and data visualization requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Who are you?

• 10+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics, with a strong focus on ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA

• Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for dashboard development, predictive analytics, and planning scenarios, including integration with S/4HANA, and non-SAP systems. 

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI – data modeling, DAX, custom visuals, and enterprise report development – with seamless integration into SAP and other enterprise data sources. 

• Demonstrated history of working on end-to-end SAP implementations

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including cross-functional collaboration with business users, IT, and third-party vendors. 

• Excellent communicationskills with experience in executive reporting, storytelling with data, anddriving adoption of self-service analytics.
