Your Role 

 

We’re looking for a Capability & Embedment Consultant to assist in the design and delivery of learning solutions that build change leadership capability, foster a growth mindset, and support IIA’s strategic priorities, within the Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) program.

 

In this role, you’ll support the development and facilitation of virtual and face-to-face learning experiences that help leaders and teams adopt new behaviours and ways of working. You’ll apply adult learning principles and coaching methodologies to deliver sessions that enhance performance and promote continuous development. Your contribution will be key in coordinating capability uplift projects, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

 

You’ll also engage with internal teams and external partners to ensure learning solutions are relevant and impactful. By monitoring outcomes and gathering feedback, you’ll help evolve learning strategies using data insights and industry trends. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong facilitation skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for enabling change through learning.

  

This is a 12-month Max Term contract role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne).

 

About You 

 

  • Experience in learning design, facilitation, and coaching
  • Understanding of adult learning methodologies and neuroscience-informed practices
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment
  • Experience in Human-Centred Design (HCD), Customer Experience (CX), or capability uplift initiatives (desirable)
