Purpose and Mission

Are you passionate about building long-term partnerships and driving business growth? In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most important customers in the Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors across EMEIA.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are understood and consistently met. 

You’ll develop and implement strategic account plans that support long-term growth and help achieve commercial targets.

You’ll collaborate across departments to design and deliver tailored solutions that bring value to our clients.

You’ll prepare accurate short- and mid-term sales forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.

You’ll identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to expanding our customer portfolio.

You’ll lead contract negotiations with key clients, securing agreements that support lasting partnerships.

You’ll gather customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve our approach and enhance the overall experience.  

Skills

You’re a relationship-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of growing strategic accounts.

You bring: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in managing complex customer relationships.

Confidence in using CRM tools and building account strategies.

Strong analytical thinking and market awareness.

You have at least 10 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
