In order to strengthen our IT team in one of our locations, we are looking for a
IT Service Coordinator (m/f/d)
YOU WILL.
Main tasks
- Managing the service desk, including handling incoming service requests and ensuring that they are assigned to the appropriate team for resolution
- Monitoring service levels and ensuring that they are consistently met or exceeded
- Coordinating the delivery of IT services, including scheduling and prioritizing work, and communicating with stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining service-related documents
- Monitoring and reporting on service performance, including identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other teams, such as the Division CPMS team and the Holding IT teams, to ensure that IT services are delivered in a coordinated and efficient manner
- Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area
Requirements
- University degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), German or other CEE language is an advantage
- Good understanding of IT processes (ITIL knowledge preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid organizational and coordination abilitiesHands-on experience with MS Office and IT service management / ticketing tools
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team

Depending on your specific qualification and professional experience, we offer you an annual gross salary starting at € 50.000,-.
