About the Role
Harman Professional Solutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nightlife Vertical Lead to drive business growth in the nightlife segment across India. The role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge audio-visual solutions to clubs, lounges, bars, and entertainment venues.
Vertical Coverage
The individual will oversee Harman’s install business in the Nightlife vertical across India, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities with vibrant nightlife ecosystems.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Nightlife vertical
Identify and onboard key partners, consultants, and influencers in the nightlife industry
Drive large deal closures with premium clubs, lounges, and entertainment venues
Manage the end-to-end sales funnel using CRM tools
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and activations
Build and maintain strong relationships with venue owners, architects, and AV consultants
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to nightlife environments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales engagement
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate with the internal sales team on closures and execution
What You Need to Be Successful
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in AV, hospitality, or nightlife segments.
Proven track record of managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
Strong understanding of nightlife venue requirements and AV integration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in CRM tools and funnel management.
Bonus Points if You Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Strong passion for audio-visual technology and music
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with demonstrated leadership and sound decision-making.
