Chairman, CTSI, ensures that management is held accountable for performance, compliance, and long-term sustainability through the following:
- Strategic Counsel – Advise senior leadership on growth, expansion, acquisitions, and integration strategies to ensure alignment with organizational mission and long-term objectives.
- Oversight of Operations – Provide board-level direction and review of operational efficiency, quality of care, and patient satisfaction, ensuring robust systems and accountability frameworks are in place.
- Financial Stewardship – Partner with the CFO and finance leadership on financial planning, capital allocation, and sustainability; review performance to ensure responsible growth and investment.
- Compliance & Governance – Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, accreditation standards, and internal governance frameworks; reinforce effective risk management and internal controls.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Mentor and support the CEO and senior leaders; represent the organization externally with regulators, partners, and industry forums; champion a values-driven culture and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Clinical Quality Oversight – Require reporting from clinical leadership on safety, evidence-based practices, and outcomes to ensure excellence in patient-centered care.
