Job Description :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Excel functions and formulas, data analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining and generating various reports that support business operations and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Work with large data sets and clean, transform, and analyze data in Excel.

• Use formulas such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX & MATCH, etc.

• Create and manage Pivot Tables including calculated fields and formulas.

• Generate dashboards and summary reports for different departments.

• Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to the team.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.

• Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis from internal teams.

• Collaborate with different departments to collect and validate data.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)

• Hands-on experience with:

  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • IF / Nested IF conditions

  • SUMIF / COUNTIF / AVERAGEIF

  • Data validation, conditional formatting

  • Pivot Tables & Pivot Chart formulas

• Basic understanding of Excel Macros (optional, but a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in an MIS or data analysis role, preferably in a corporate or operational setting.
