ITI Or Diploma-Mechanical/Refrigeration
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & AC
Min 3 to 5 Yrs in Utility operations
Following responsibilities shall be applicable but not limited to-
- Comply with all Current Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Engineering Practices or any other regulatory requirements
- Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities to be conducted prior to undertaking any task.
- Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation in following the procedures/instructions to immediate Supervisor/Managers.
- Report any quality concerns or suggestions for improvements to Supervisors/ Managers.
- To ensure qualification/commissioning activity and prepare reports of respective equipment along with external agency
- Operation and maintenance of utility equipment.
- Updating of log sheets of utility equipment
- Operations & maintenance of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning units.
- Attend the preventive & breakdown maintenance of the Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment.
- Attend the preventive & breakdown maintenance of the utility equipment.
- Keep the standby equipment always in healthy condition.
- Suggest necessary modifications for ease operation & maintenance to minimize the breakdowns of equipment.
- Effective manpower utilization including self.
- Updating of daily log sheets of equipment
- Updating of log sheets of Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning equipment.
- Perform the operation of cooling towers.
- Use of SAP module for issuing spars, consumables & notification/order preparation.
- Suggest necessary modifications for energy conservation & cost reduction.
- Compliance of 100% safety with motto of Zero injuries and Good Engineering Practices system.
- Read, understood and follow Environment, Health & Safety related Standard Operating Procedures and Guideline.
