Job Description and Responsibilities
Interactive Brokers Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for IT roles. This position involves partnering with hiring managers, posting positions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and feedback, and managing offer negotiations. The recruiter will build and maintain a strong network—both online and offline—to promote our brand, reduce time-to-hire, and attract top talent.
Ultimately, this role will help build a robust talent pipeline and support the hiring and retention of skilled professionals across our technology teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Writing and posting job descriptions for IT roles.
- Developing effective strategies for sourcing and evaluating candidates.
- Identifying and recruiting high-potential candidates whose skills, culture, motivation, and ambition align with our company's needs.
- Maintaining data integrity within our applicant tracking system.
- Engaging in hiring discussions with managers.
- Managing end-to-end campus hiring.
- Understanding the dynamics of diverse groups.
- Ensuring a positive and smooth candidate experience.
- Maintaining data integrity within our application tracking system (Greenhouse)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate or staffing environments, including full-cycle sourcing and hiring.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and IT hiring needs.
- Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience managing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- Flexibility to work an 11:00 am – 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm shift (Monday–Friday).
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
