Title: Lead Specialist HR Reports & Analyst GES HR
Location: Hyderabad
Type: Contract (24 Months, 3rd Party)


Experienced HR systems professional with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), HRMS tools, and HR data management. Skilled in tool maintenance, report creation, and ensuring data privacy and security through role-based permissions. Demonstrated ability to manage and contribute to HR-related projects, with hands-on experience in generating payroll, headcount, complaint, and shared service reports. Proficient in using reporting tools and has working knowledge of macros or automation processes. Familiar with NOVA systems and well-versed in handling sensitive HR data in compliance with privacy standards.

Key responsibilities:


Manage and maintain HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and other HRMS tools to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Create, schedule, and run HR reports such as payroll, headcount, complaints, and other metrics relevant to shared services.
  • Ensure data privacy and security compliance through appropriate configuration and enforcement of role-based permissions.
  • Participate in and support various HR and system-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using reporting tools and, where applicable, macros or automation techniques.
  • Possess strong working knowledge of HR data structures and reporting best practices.
  • Provide end-user support and training on HR systems and reporting tools as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR operations.
  • Handle issues and service requests related to SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and NOVA systems in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent reporting in support of payroll, compliance, audits, and HR analytics.

You bring:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR
  • Maintain and support HR systems such as Employee Central, SuccessFactors, and other HRMS tools, ensuring data accuracy, system stability, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Create, run, and manage HR reports related to payroll, headcount, complaints, and shared services using reporting tools, with a strong understanding of HR data and metrics.
  • Ensure data privacy and security by managing role-based permissions and adhering to compliance standards across all HR systems and processes.
  • Collaborate on HR and system enhancement projects, including automation initiatives using macros or other tools to improve reporting efficiency and data handling.
  • Provide operational support and reporting expertise in tools like NOVA, contributing to service delivery and data-driven decision-making in HR shared services.
