Contractor Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Hybrid - San Antonio, TXEngagement Type: Contractor via Third-Party SupplierContracting Entity: AccentureSupplier of Record: BCforwardStart Date: 10/28/2025Duration: 12 monthsAbout the RoleWe are seeking qualified contractors to fulfil the role of The Premium Assistance Investigation Agent. Agents are responsible for reviewing documentation, determining cases for program eligibility, and communicating with clients and employers.This role requires a high level of attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professional standardsThis opportunity is open to individuals located in San Antonio, TX and/or surrounding areas.Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, BCforward, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.Operating hours consist of five days per week, eight hours per day, Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST.This is a Hybrid role that will allow you to work a rotation of 2 weeks from home and 1 week in officeKey ResponsibilitiesCore DutiesConduct research and perform investigations to obtain all pertinent information for case evaluationAnalyze case documentation to ensure members qualify for Premium AssistanceReview and evaluate client information such as paystubs and other documentation to determine eligibility for monthly reimbursementContact PA members to request necessary information when a change is identified, or when a document received is not validRespond to incoming calls from clients and/or employersObserve professional standards of conduct, including attendance, professional behavior, and dress codeDevelop and maintain professional business relationships through verbal and written communication with team members, employers, and Premium Assistance membersIdentify and communicate process improvementsMulti-task and prioritize work under time constraintsAssist management with escalations and training new agentsPerform other duties as assignedDeliverables or Project ScopeEnsure accurate and timely evaluation of cases for Premium Assistance eligibilityMaintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions and case evaluationsMeet or exceed daily goals and performance metricsProvide support and training for new agents as neededCollaboration Tools or PlatformsMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Internal communication tools for team collaboration and client interactionsBasic QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or contact center.Excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to manage workflows.Strong interpersonal skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent analytical skills.Must be able to work with minimal supervision How to ApplyPlease register and submit your resume at .Qualified candidates will be contacted by Accenture’s Direct Sourcing team for initial screening, then by BCforward for next stepsCompliance NoteThis is a contractor role administered through a third-party payroll supplier.
