Through dynamic ad insertion, advanced programmatic platforms, and innovative audio formats, AdsWizz efficiently connects buyers and sellers for digital audio and podcast advertising. AdsWizz is a global company with a presence in over 40 countries.

How you’ll make an impact:

This role serves as the strategic and technical lead for ad verification and inventory quality across the AdsWizz Platform. You’ll architect measurement systems to detect and mitigate invalid traffic (IVT), ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST, IAB), and drive integrations with third-party verification platforms (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify, HUMAN).

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development and compliance teams to develop and implement scalable measurement systems that enable transparent, trustworthy audio advertising.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end technical infrastructure for accurate ad measurement (impression tracking, fraud monitoring, completion rates, audibility, viewability).
  • Ensure OpenRTB bid requests contain standardized and enriched metadata to enhance DSP decisioning.
  • Guide enhancements to server-side (SSAI) and dynamic ad insertion (DAI) systems for better tracking and quality signal collection.
  • Lead log-level analytics and fraud detection initiatives using statistical modeling and anomaly detection tools.
  • Define policy and implement enforcement systems for device spoofing, non-human traffic, and replay attacks.
  • Ensure AdsWizz leads industry best practices in IVT mitigation.
  • Drive strategy and integration with verification vendors (e.g.,IAS, DoubleVerify, HUMAN) to support audio-specific use cases.
  • Align platform signals with MRC-compliant standards and support real-time transparency.
  • Standardize audio ad verification signals in non-visual environments.
  • Build automated monitoring systems to detect abnormal traffic patterns, win/fill rate inconsistencies, creative errors and misconfigurations, and publisher violations.
  • Establish real-time alerting and enforcement tools within the UI.

What you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in ad tech, program management, or technical measurement roles at a digital/mobile media company.
  • Proven expertise in ad quality measurement, including: viewability, brand safety, audience verification, and fraud detection.
  • Industry standards knowledge (OpenRTB 2.x/2.6, VAST 4.x).
  • Log-level data analysis and ad beacon validation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar for working with large data sets and distributed platforms (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Kafka).
  • Strong communication skills and experience engaging internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Familiarity with audio advertising platforms (streaming, podcasting, mobile, web) and non-visual verification standards.
  • Experience across both buy-side and sell-side ad platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working with third-party measurement vendors specific to audio and/or CTV.
  • Participation in IAB Tech Lab, TAG, or MRC standard development.
  • Knowledge of ML models for real-time traffic classification and fraud detection.
  • Experience with automation and/or AI as a plus.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
