The senior accountant will support the Finance team with audits, subsidiary accounting and financial reporting. This role also handles payroll support, credit card and travel systems, and key financial statements. The Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented, curious professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. 

Qualified candidates will have the following: 

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of three years of experience in general ledger accounting, financial reporting, tax and/or public accounting
• Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning, with the drive to ask questions and strengthen financial processes
• Dedication to equity and inclusion, with the ability to work effectively and respectfully with diverse perspectives and backgrounds
