About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support inventory management across our apparel and footwear distribution network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build analytical skills, learn supply chain systems, and grow within the apparel and footwear industry.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Monitoring and reconciling inventory across warehouses, distribution centers, and retail/e-commerce channels, with attention to style, color, and size complexity.
- Assisting in investigating stock discrepancies and identifying root causes for inventory variances.
- Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports to business partners.
- Supporting cycle counts, audits, and stock adjustments to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Learning and using SAP S4 ERP system to analyze and validate inventory transactions.
- Assisting in reporting and analyzing to track inventory KPIs such as accuracy, shrink, and service levels.
- Contributing to improving processes to streamline inventory control across the supply chain.
- Assisting in writing and processing Stock Transport Orders from the Returns Warehouse back to forward shipping DCs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Curious and eager to learn apparel/footwear supply chain operations
Preferred Skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA, AFS, etc.)
- Familiarity with size curves, SKU complexity, and retail replenishment
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Background in supply chain, apparel merchandising, or logistics (coursework or internship)
