Collins Comfort Masters and Home Depot work in partnership to provide Costco members with options for residential Heaing and Cooling- Replacement, Tune up and Indoor Air Quality Services – as well as Water Treatment – R/O Systems, Softeners and Refiners. We are currently seeking a qualified Retail Field Supervisor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees. The Retail Field Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned locations and the day-to-day success of the staff. This is a full-time position that requires working weekends and daily travel to retail stores around the valley. The typical work schedule for this position is Wednesday-Sunday.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
- Be on your feet overseeing 9+ retail stores in and around the Phoenix valley
- Manage a staff of 10-20 employees
- Maintain training, development, & performance management
- Maintain communication and relationships with store management
- Boost brand and process awareness within the stores
- Work with Store Managers to set priorities and expectations
- Responsible for stores results and improvement through a combination of data and process analysis and active coaching in stores
- Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically
Qualifications:
Do I have What it Takes?
- Must work weekends
- 3+ years of retail management experience preferred
- 3+ years’ experience effectively leading a team of ten or more required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, principles, and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- Proficient in MS-Office
- Must be comfortable approaching and talking to customers
- Must have the ability to work well with others to accomplish team goals
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Inspect store displays for compliance to current signage requirements / changes.
- Schedule and implement planned store “events”
- Must pass all pre-employment background, drug screen, and MVR requirements
- Must maintain an active Driver's License
