About this Opportunity
As a part of establishing a Smart Factory within the U.S., we are now looking for an Inventory Specialist to be the first line support for leading and managing continuous improvement, key processes, and functional operational gaps within different areas. Crucial aspects of the role focus on metrics, data analysis, improving workflow through training, and refining inventory’s best practices. Successful candidates will have experience with data manipulation to solve operational problems that drive supply chain efficiencies. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a demonstrated track record of using data analysis to improve workflow, working with metrics to monitor performance. This individual must have knowledge working with process mapping/ improvement and adhering to quality standards of the following areas: receiving, put-away, picking, Kanban fulfillment, transportation, and service shipping.
What you will do:
- Support inventory in driving day to day business improvements.
- Drive creation of corrective actions for process failures and gaps in operational execution.
- Understanding of the E2E effects of warehouse operations on the supply chain.
- Possess a great understanding of lean manufacturing and drive reduction of waste in processes.
- Attend meetings and participate interdepartmentally to implement process changes and drive continuous improvement activities.
- Continuously develop and improve operations through analysis of metrics and other performance data.
- Identify process gaps, develop and implement processes including corrective actions to drive compliance.
- Optimizes layout and uses six sigma methodologies to remove waste in operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, and experience working with a WCS and automation
Area subject matter expert on processes efficiency, productivity, throughput, and process improvement. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Azure and PowerPoint).
- Other duties maybe assigned to support warehouse operations.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt preferred.
- High proficiency with Excel Word.
- High level of Data manipulation and analysis skills.
- Strong leadership, decision, making, and time management skills.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
