Job Summary:

The Deputy Project Manager supports the Project Manager and acts as the alternate point of contact in their absence. The DPM assists in managing contract tasks, tracking progress, and handling administrative aspects of program management. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in all contract activities. 
• Manage tasks and track progress of deliverables. 
• Handle administrative aspects of program management. 
• Communicate with team members and government representatives. 
• Assist in identifying and resolving issues. 
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and procedures. 
• Provide courteous customer support via telephone, email, and internet. 
• Work collaboratively with others.

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). 

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in project management or a related field. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications. 
• Experience in providing customer support via telephone, email, and the internet. 
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. 

Security Clearance:

• Favorably adjudicated Public Trust suitability prior to entry on duty (EOD); U.S. citizenship required
