Leavenworth Dental is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join their team of oral healthcare professionals. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Currently hiring for full time.
The hourly wage range for this position is $45-$55 hr.
Key responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
- Take and record radiographic images.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
- Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
- Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
- Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
- Compassionate patient centric approach.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
