At Riverty, we’re redefining how people and businesses interact with financial services across Europe. As our Campaign Management Lead (m/f/d), you will lead a new, cross-functional team at the intersection of data, creativity, and business growth. You'll be responsible for orchestrating full-funnel, insight-driven marketing initiatives for both consumers (B2C) and merchants (B2B) — driving measurable impact across all growth channels. 

 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 10 experts in growth marketing, UX, reporting, and market research.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on ownership, speed, and learning.
  • Own the development and execution of full-funnel, international marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C.
  • Optimize account-based and platform-based marketing processes to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.
  • Champion audience insights and persona development to inform campaign messaging and targeting.
  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs, ensuring campaign efficiency, lead quality, and strong ROI.
  • Drive UX and reporting excellence to ensure campaigns meet experience, legal, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Legal, and Country Leads to ensure market fit and delivery success. 

 

Your Profile 

  • Proven experience in leading data-driven marketing teams, with a focus on strategic campaign execution across B2B and B2C.
  • Demonstrated success in account-based marketing and full-funnel campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Strong leadership track record in managing cross-functional, international teams.
  • Analytical mindset with fluency in KPIs, marketing performance metrics, and campaign automation.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • A “can-do” attitude, with the ability to prioritize what truly matters, and the ambition to continuously learn and evolve.
