We are seeking an enthusiastic, capable, and eager professional Intern to join our team. This is a non-paid internship offering valuable hands-on experience in staffing and recruiting within a faith-based nonprofit organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and assist walk-in candidates with applications and inquiries
- Coordinate and assemble new hire packets
- Learn and support basic recruiting processes alongside experienced staff
- Provide compassionate service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor with a compassionate heart for serving others
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, scanning/printing)
- Interest in gaining knowledge and experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources
