About the Department
We are hiring for the role of Facilities and Events Operations Manager in the Parks and Recreation Department.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage facility rentals and reservations.
- Manage special events hosted by outside organizations, including reviewing/issuing event permits.
- Manage the seasonal ice rink and Carousel Corner operations.
- Manage leases of facilities, including athletic fields, aquatic facilities, and office space.
- Coordinate daily facility operations and logistics.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
