Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking to fill a Full time, 40 hours per week, Assistant Branch Manager position based out of New London, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for managing all facets of branch activities with a strong emphasis on customer service (including Personal Banker) functions and daily staff management.  Represents the Bank in a courteous and professional manner while providing prompt, efficient and accurate service to customers. Works to deepen and maximize existing customer relationships and identify sales opportunities, coaches staff to do the same.

To qualify, a candidate should have one or more years of banking, retail, sales, and/or management experience is required; previous banking experience is preferred, but not required
