This is a full-time position.
Duties
Assist the Director of Compliance in developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective and comprehensive compliance and HIPAA privacy program, consistent with regulatory, contractual and ethical requirements, and industry practices. Participate in various risk assessment activities, policy management and development, training and education, and audit/investigation activities to assure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications
Candidate will actively participate in general compliance activities such as conflict of interest disclosures, exclusion screening monitoring, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as conducting investigations and audits on compliance topics. May also be involved in HIPAA privacy investigations.
Maintain the central repository for all of Wilder's policies and procedures. Actively participate in developing and reviewing Compliance and HIPAA policies.
Communication skills, both oral and written, will be key in conducting staff training and responding to daily inquiries. Please include a cover letter with your application.
