About This Role:
We are seeking a highly adaptable and experienced Travel RN Supervising Professional to provide coverage across the state of Minnesota. This role is designed to support temporary staffing needs due to leaves of absence (LOAs), vacations, and other coverage gaps. The ideal candidate will be Metro-based and flexible to travel statewide, often with as little as one week’s notice. When not traveling, the RN will assist with coverage needs within the 7-county Twin Cities metro area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory RN coverage across Minnesota for short-term staffing needs.
- Travel statewide, including potential overnight stays, to support various locations.
- Deliver high-quality nursing supervision and case management in diverse healthcare settings.
- Maintain readiness to travel with minimal notice (typically one week).
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure continuity of care and compliance with clinical standards.
- Support metro-area coverage when not assigned to travel.
- Document and report clinical activities in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Travel & Expense Details:
- Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines.
- Hotel accommodations covered for overnight stays.
- Daily food stipend provided during travel assignments.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience in case management or home health preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
- Must reside within the Twin Cities metro area.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel statewide with short notice
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) preferred.
- Experience working in multiple healthcare settings preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure preferred.
