Job Summary:

The Media Account Coordinator supports the media team by coordinating account management activities for multiple clients in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support client onboarding process, including setting up new business documents, creating project timelines, and preparing materials for client meetings.

  • Maintain accurate records of campaign performance metrics, ensuring data integrity across multiple platforms.

  • Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for clients, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all assets are received and uploaded correctly, meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.

  • Provide support for special projects and events, including vendor coordination and logistics planning.

  • Conduct research to identify trends and insights related to advertising industry and media landscape.

  • Develop professional written verbal communication skills to effectively convey information to colleagues and clients.

Key Platforms and Tools you will learn

  • Programmatic DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Nexxen

  • Social Platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest

  • Ad Servers: Google Campaign Manager

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,

  • Other: Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and general formatting skills for Microsoft Powerpoint


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • Proven experience in media account coordination or similar role within advertising industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.

  • Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative.
