About the Role

Monte Packaging is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018. This role focuses on business process design, system configuration, and bolt-on software integration to optimize operations and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also excels in cross-functional collaboration and customer-focused problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP 2018 to meet business needs.
• Implement and support bolt-on software solutions for GP.
• Design and optimize business processes across finance, inventory, and distribution.
• Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows and configuration settings.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for GP and related applications.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and deployment.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation in all interactions, ensuring user satisfaction and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; or GED equivalent
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics GP (2018 preferred).
• Strong background in business process design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with system configuration and third-party integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of financial, inventory, and distribution modules in GP.
• Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, SmartList Builder, Management Reporter).
• Familiarity with EDI, e-commerce integrations, and other bolt-on applications.
