About the Department

• Provides a positive first impression of the Columbus Civic Center to all guests.

• Accurately operates the TicketMaster ticketing system processing sales, refunds, and other ticketing concerns.

Position Duties

Must have prior money-handling experience, excellent customer service skills and must be able to multitask in high-stress situations.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized training in the occupational field, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high school education. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions and to be able to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years experience or service.

The work is typically performed while intermittentlysitting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, or crouching. The employeefrequently lifts light and heavy objects, climbs ladders, uses tools orequipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and distinguishes betweenshades of color.
