We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the resales strategy and performance for our Land Lease Communities portfolio in Queensland. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving growth in the established homes market, coaching a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a unique and evolving segment of the land lease community sector.

As a key member of the Halcyon Sales Leadership Group, you will be responsible for building a competitive advantage in the resales space, uplifting team capability, and embedding future-fit, customer-centric practices. This is not just about managing transactions. It is about leading transformation, developing talent, and unlocking the full potential of a growing business unit.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead the execution and delivery of resales across Queensland, delivering on revenue, settlement, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Drive market analysis and pricing strategies, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with customer needs
  • Own the resales budget and forecasting, contributing to long-term financial planning and business growth
  • Champion customer excellence, guiding homeowners through the resale journey and elevating the experience from listing to settlement
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders including real estate agents, marketing, and community teams to maximise lead generation and brand awareness
  • Coach and manage a team of 8 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and developing future leaders
  • Resolve complex customer issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a commercial leader, identifying opportunities to grow the resales business and expand into other states over time

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach teams, manage vendor relationships, and deliver results in high-value, complex transactions

  • Real estate licence preferred but not essential
