THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Learning Support Coach, you will provide quality, effective and timely technical coaching solutions that address a variety of business needs.
 

You will work closely with frontline case managers, delivering one-to-one coaching in a live environment, and supporting their continuous learning and development. Through your guidance, you will help build confidence, capability and consistency, ensuring case managers are equipped to deliver the best possible outcomes.
 

As part of the Learning and Development team and working closely with our Medical Management claims teams you will be involved in the design, delivery, and implementation of a range of technical learning and development initiatives.
 

This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing the highest standard of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders in line with EML values
  • Work collaboratively with the claims operations teams to support and develop the capability of front-line case managers in our Medical Management teams
  • Deliver to the learning strategy and learning priorities
  • Provide effective customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D
  • Assist with the structured development of Case Managers to deliver enhancements in case management and customer service
  • Develop and deliver individual and group learning, and development initiatives as required.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent understanding of the relevant statutory acts and associated regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent understanding of and current/recent experience working within the Victorian scheme claims management operating model
  • Proven experience designing and delivering coaching solutions to new and experienced staff in a workers compensation environment
  • Strong people skills and confidence to deliver performance related feedback to business leaders
