Job Summary
• This role is expected to apply advanced knowledge to solve complex business issues impacting Accounting, Reporting and Analysis of revenue rebates and incentives. This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to BU teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees. Key dimensions of the role include:
• Strong business acumen to understand the drivers of Contra Management.
• Responsible for rebates and incentives accounting and need to have strong understanding of Contra programs.
• Adept at data analysis and providing insights from data for management reporting.
• Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
• Support on Market analytics that drive precision on the final balances.
Responsibilities
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies
• Collaborates with business partners to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Ensure compliance in rebates and incentives accounting
• Provides analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
• Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
• Represents the business unit during cross-regional or cross- functional planning processes.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships
Education & Experience Recommended
• A Chartered accountant or CPA with up to 6 years’ experience in Accounting, FP&A , financial analysis and reporting or similar experiences.
Preferred Certifications
• Chartered Accountant (India)
• Certified Public Accountant (US CPA)

• Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area.
