We’re looking for an Administration Support Officer to join our Support Services team in Perth.
This role is responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day office support services across the business and ad hoc requests as required. This role has the potential to grow further dependent on the successful applicant.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you actively involved in:
- Maintaining kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and stationery supplies across multiple floors to ensure a welcoming and well-equipped workspace
- Coordinating the ordering and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE) to internal staff
- Providing front-of-house support including reception coverage, greeting visitors, and managing incoming calls
- Handling daily mail distribution
- Ad hoc requests from the business.
What you will bring to the team:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a friendly disposition to assist colleagues with any challenges
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- A proactive approach to working both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- High attention to detail and a practical mindset for solving day-to-day challenges
- Confidence in engaging with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation is desirable
- Willingness to learn and use Microsoft Word and Excel
- A shared commitment to safety and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
