Operations & Shift Management

• Supervise and coordinate all shift activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems in RHMS.

• Monitor plant equipment performance and ensure minimal downtime.

• Ensure timely execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Lead fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and restoration of E&I systems.

• Ensure availability and reliability of motors, drives, PLC/DCS, field instruments, and power distribution systems.

• Maintain spares and coordinate with stores for critical requirements.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce adherence to safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and statutory requirements.

• Support incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS/ISO 45001, and energy management standards.

Project & Coordination

• Support commissioning and integration of new E&I systems in RHMS projects.

• Coordinate with project execution teams, contractors, and OEMs for smooth handover.

• Provide technical inputs during installation and modifications.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain shift logs, breakdown analysis, and maintenance records.

• Report equipment performance, energy consumption, and shift activities to higher management.
