Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the Courtyard Raleigh-Cary/Crossroads as our current General Manager prepares for a well-deserved retirement. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, driving financial performance, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, and developing a motivated team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and daily operational direction across all hotel departments.

• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining Marriott brand standards and delivering exceptional service.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to achieve revenue and profit goals.

• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing associate team.

• Build strong relationships with guests, associates, ownership, and the local community.

• Ensure compliance with all brand, company, and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3�5 years of successful experience as a Hotel General Manager (Marriott brand experience strongly preferred).

• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and deliver results.

• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial reporting.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and developing associate talent.
