The Opportunity
As Brand Manager at HeliosX, your mission is to bring our brands to life in ways that inspire trust, spark awareness and drive growth. You will take ownership of planning and delivering brand campaigns, new product launches and go to market initiatives across our treatment categories, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects our values and speaks powerfully to our customers.
You will be the bridge between big picture strategy and real world execution, making sure our brands are seen consistently and distinctively across every channel, from PR and CRM to social, onsite and beyond. By turning customer insights, brand positioning and commercial priorities into compelling campaigns, you will help our brands stand out and make a lasting impact.
This is a hands on and collaborative role where you will work closely with colleagues in Product, Growth, Creative and Medical to transform ambition into action. At HeliosX, you will have the opportunity to shape how our brands connect with people and to play a central role in driving our next stage of growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead the planning and delivery of brand campaigns, product launches and always on activity across your market or category
- Work with the Head of Brand and Brand Director to shape briefs, manage timelines and coordinate execution with internal teams and external partners
- Define campaign objectives, customer insights, messaging and channel mix across paid, owned and earned media
- Brief and align cross functional teams including Creative, CRM, PR, Paid Media, Medical and Legal to ensure timely and impactful delivery
- Ensure campaigns are fully integrated and adapted for different audiences, channels and regions while maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity
- Act as brand guardian for your category, reviewing and approving creative to ensure alignment with brand principles and strategy
- Partner with Creative and Content Strategy to evolve messaging and visuals in line with positioning and customer needs
- Champion the customer voice in all campaigns, using insights, feedback and performance data to shape messaging and approach
- Track performance with channel owners and the Insights team, analyse what is working and feed learnings into real time optimisation and future planning
- Balance long term brand equity with short term growth outcomes, ensuring campaigns deliver on both fronts
- Stay close to competitor activity, category trends and market shifts to keep campaigns relevant and differentiated
- Build strong relationships across global and local teams, ensuring consistency while allowing for local nuance
- Contribute to the culture of the brand team by sharing ideas, feedback and inspiration, and help improve ways of working through scalable processes
Who you are:
- You have experience in brand, marketing or campaign planning, ideally within a high growth D2C or regulated sector such as health, wellness, fintech or consumer tech
- You have a strong track record of delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels including paid, CRM, PR, social and onsite
- You are confident working with cross functional stakeholders and thrive in a matrixed team environment
- You are familiar with creative development and the end to end production process
- You bring strong planning and organisational skills, able to balance multiple campaigns and timelines with ease
- You are an excellent communicator, able to translate strategy into clear briefs and effective execution
- You have sharp attention to detail and strong creative judgement, ensuring brand integrity across every touchpoint
- You are comfortable analysing performance data and turning insights into actions that improve results
- You are collaborative, resilient and solutions focused, with the ability to influence without authority and adapt in fast paced environments
- Experience in multi market campaign execution or working with localisation teams is a plus
