Triveni Bio is breaking new ground in the identification of novel disease targets – working at the convergence of human genetics, best-in-class antibody design, and precision medicine. We are pioneering a Mendelian genetics-informed precision medicine approach to develop functional antibodies for the treatment of immunological and inflammatory (I&I) disorders. Our lead antibody program (TRIV-509) targets kallikreins 5 and 7 (KLK5/7) to directly impact skin barrier function, inflammation, and itch – providing a meaningful and much needed potential treatment option for patients with atopic dermatitis and other barrier disorders. SUMMARY
Triveni is looking to fill its first in-house IT role. This is an exciting opportunity to support and help build the IT infrastructure for a growing clinical stage biotech organization. In this role, you will partner with leadership and external consultants to define and execute on the IT strategy aligned with the company’s growth and scientific needs while also rolling up your sleeves to support day-to-day IT operations. On a day-to-day basis, you will be the front-line resource for IT related initiatives and work to implement all IT policies and procedures. As a member of a lean operations team, you will have the opportunity to learn to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic, resource-conscious environment. You must have experience representing the IT function and supporting and leading IT initiatives within a pharmaceutical, CRO, study site, or biotechnology company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Participate in developing and implementing a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business and scientific goals
· Provide technical support to employees across all departments while working closely with existing IT vendors and consultants (MSP, vCISO, vCIO), including supporting the Bioinformatics teams ongoing corporate initiatives (e.g., database account access, server access, etc.)
· Manage IT infrastructure including conference room AV, WiFi, Firewall, and Microsoft O365 services, etc.
· Ensure cyber security best practices and ensure IT systems are compliant with all government regulations and operating requirements
· Manage onboarding/offboarding process and identify access controls in collaboration with MSP
· Collaborate cross-functionally to automate and continually streamline IT operations
· Collaborate with lab operations to support digital workflows and data integrity
· Serve as the main point of contact with the external service provider and internal stakeholders to manage and maintain both the Company intranet and external website ensuring content is accurate, accessible and regularly updated
· Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
· A minimum of 4 years’ direct work experience in pharmaceutical industry
· Mix of both large pharma and biotech strongly preferred
· Understanding of regulatory environments (e.g. GxP, FDA, GDPR)
· Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization
· System and network admin experience with personal laptop and Microsoft Office Suite (Email, Active Directory and permissions etc.)
· Travel is not anticipated with this role; expectation is for fully on-site role
