Description:The CSSP Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain and asset management lifecycle in support of the program. This role ensures accurate inventory control, effective distribution, and compliance with Army and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. The Inventory Manager will coordinate logistics, manage asset lifecycles, and ensure uninterrupted support for both internal teams and external subscribers.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the full supply chain process, including asset tracking and inventory management for internal teams and subscribers.
- Coordinate the logistics and shipping of equipment for missions within CONUS, OCONUS, and remote employees, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, licenses, and warranties, providing regular status reports and ensuring timely renewals to prevent service disruptions.
- Manage equipment lifecycle processes, including procurement, issuance, maintenance, and disposal.
- Process purchase requests from stakeholders and government customers in line with new requirements.
- Collaborate with the Financial Advisor to ensure procurement and lifecycle costs align with budgetary and strategic financial plans.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and implement proactive mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Army and DoD regulations, including CHESS and ITES requirements.
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on inventory status, supply chain risks, and operational readiness.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a degree OR 8 years of equivalent operational experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance is required at the time of hire
- Strong background in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and asset lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage equipment warranty and licensing processes.
- Experience working with government stakeholders and procurement systems.
- Knowledge of Army/DoD compliance standards, specifically CHESS and ITES programs.
- Ability to identify risks, analyze data, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and standard office software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP).
- Familiarity with government acquisition processes and contract vehicles.
