As the Operations Superintendent, you will: Provide professional and confidential support to the Director of Public Works. Develop and manage divisional budgets, including staffing, equipment, and materials; approve expenditures and recommend adjustments as needed. Oversee operations across Public Works divisions, including contract preparation, purchasing, resource allocation, performance evaluation, and development of standard operating procedures.

What You’ll Bring
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college in Engineering or a related field and five years of increasing responsible experience in field construction, maintenance, and operations related to assigned field operations division, including two years of administrative and supervisory responsibility.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and MVR check.
- Must have a valid State of Texas Class Driver’s License.
