We are looking for a friendly, reliable Barista to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and food items, while providing excellent guest service in a clean and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
• Take guest orders at the counter or by phone.
• Prepare beverages and food items following Starbucks standards.
• Operate the register, process payments, and handle funds accurately.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and product displays.
• Keep work areas, equipment, and dishes clean and organized, following food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform side work and cleaning duties, including trash removal.
• Work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures.
• Willingness to complete certification in hot bar, cold bar, cashiering, and product prep.
