Responsibilities

 

·          Develop and implement the firm's overall practitioner technology strategy, ensuring alignment with practitioner needs, client needs, and business goals.

·          Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to improve efficiency, productivity, quality of work products, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and development.

·          Create and manage a technology roadmap, outlining key milestones and initiatives for technology development and adoption.

·          Champion technology adoption across practice groups, focusing on tools that enhance project delivery and client outcomes

·          Work with the President/CEO on change management strategies and approaches for integration and adoption of technologies.

·          Collaborate with each practice group to understand their technological needs and align technology solutions with business requirements.

Essential Functions

  • Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) required. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and funding processes.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Team Building: Ability to develop strong relationships with coworkers and build effective teams
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with others to capitalize on Wright-Pierce’s collective capabilities and knowledge
  • Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Business Development: Effective client relationship and exceptional proposal generation skills
  • Professional Growth: A commitment to continual learning and professional development.

Experience

·         15+ years in technology leadership roles required

·         AEC experience a plus

Education

Bachelors degree in related fields
