About the Position:
Muncie Indiana
1pm-10pm this is an afternoon/evening/night position
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations at assigned sites, perform basic cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom cleaning, manage and supervise cleaning staff, ensure quality standards and client satisfaction, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial cleaning and management, ability to perform hands-on cleaning tasks, own transportation and a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check, report to operations manager and keep them informed about the sites activities, train new cleaners and provide ongoing support, ensure that daily/ nightly cleaning tasks schedules are being followed, conduct daily/nightly inspections to maintain high cleaning standards, ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the budgeted hours, Make sure the building is armed and secured after the cleaning tasks are completed. Your role is crucial in ensuring a well-managed, efficient, and customer-focused cleaning operation.
Basic Qualifications
-Minimum of 1-year proven management experience
-Experience coaching, mentoring and training others
